Payment Methods
We use a PayPal shopping Cart and payment system, which requires the buyer to have, or obtain, a PayPal membership.
While a PayPal membership is both simple and free, and allows the use of credit card purchases,
we realize that some of our customers might wish to pay by check or money order. These payments will be gladly accepted.
Merely email us with your order, and we will return an email invoice for your purchases.
Once your payment has cleared our bank, your items will be shipped to you.

One of our primary goals is to ensure a Safe Internet Shopping Experience for our customers.
To that end we promise to make every effort to have each and every customer satisfied and happy with your dealings with us.
All of our products are of the highest quality, and we are continually searching for new, novel, high-quality products to offer you.
Product Guarantee
All purchases are covered by a money-back or exchange guarantee.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will either exchange the item for you, or refund your purchase price, whichever you prefer.
You must first contact us via email to describe the problem, and obtain a MERCHANDISE RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number.
Items returned without an RMA will simply be re-stocked, and no refund will be issued. There are no exceptions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items returned for other than damage replacement will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
We are not responsible for inaccurate shipping addresses provided by buyers, and re-shipment due to fault not our own will be subject to a s/h charge based on item weight.
Items returned to us by shipper due to inaccurately provided shipping address may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Pricing
Our products are priced below MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price), and in most cases are well below average retail prices.
We make every attempt to keep our products affordable, with an extremely high value/cost ratio.
Shipping
Shipping methods may vary according to the size of the order.
Very small, lightweight orders (less than 10 oz.) will be sent USPS First Class Mail.
Larger orders, up to about 10 lbs., will be sent either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, at our discretion.
Very heavy parcels (greater than 10 lbs.) may be shipped via USPS Parcel Post.
Standard shipping is Free on all orders over $25 that are shipped to the continental US. Expedited (1 or 2 day) shipping can be arranged for a small additional charge.

Replacements/Damaged in Shipment
We insure all our shipments against breakage/damage.
If an item arrives damaged, contact as (as described above) for an MRA number.
Refunds
All refunds will be issued either through PayPal, or by check, mailed to you via USPS First Class Mail, whichever you prefer.
Privacy
Cat's Nook respects it's customers privacy in all respects. At no time, and under no circumstances, will a customer's private information be given, sold, or traded to any third party.
No "Cookies" are deposited on our customer's computers, and we make no attempt to track customers across our web site, or across the Internet.
The only information gathered by Cat's Nook is the information you provide at check-out,
and that information is kept inviolate.
